As a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) you have the opportunity to make a difference and to actively help shape the digital future. You work in agile, self-organized teams with an open feedback culture. Your tasks

  • You have the supervision and lead the internal service team
  • You ensure and increase customer satisfaction and customer success through stability, quality of service and short reaction and solution times
  • With your technical know-how you create extensive configurations for our customers
  • You accompany the customer end-to-end in the onboarding and offboarding process as well as throughout the entire duration of an inquiry
  • You accept inquiries and categorize them in writing (service desk) and by telephone
  • The initial solution of customer inquiries is also one of your tasks
  • You convert the inquiries into demands and incidents
  • You research solutions, collate feedback from other squads and communicate this to the customer
  • You represent the company to customers
  • As part of the inquiries, you represent and communicate our corporate strategy and product portfolio
  • You take care of quality assurance and continuous improvement of the services offered
  • System instructions and training will be carried out by you
  • You create service level agreements (SLAs), which define recurring services between provider and client
  • You monitor these SLAs to ensure a smooth process for the customer and to avoid contractual penalties for the service provider

Your profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in dealing with customers / sales / project management / service
  • A university degree in computer science or business informatics is welcome
  • Communication is your forte
  • You have medium technical know-how in dealing with software projects
  • You are characterized by motivation, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Flexibility and availability are a matter of course for you
  • You have experience in dealing with service processes
