Your tasks

  • Support of the management in all organizational and administrative tasks
  • You keep track of individual projects and ensure that deadlines are met and the content is delivered
  • You will take on general – including highly confidential – writing activities as well as organizational and coordination tasks for appointments, customers, business trips, etc.
  • Support for purchasing and management of contracts, office supplies, inventory, etc.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant and/or organizational function
  • Excellent organizational skills and good verbal skills
  • Resilience, commitment, communication and teamwork skills and a very high degree of loyalty and integrity
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
  • Professional handling of MS Office and Internet applications
