As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) you have the opportunity to actively support us in the sales activities of our company. You work in an agile, self-organized team with an open feedback culture. We rely on responsible and motivated people who want to grow personally and are willing to learn new things.
Your tasks
- You maintain existing and new customer contacts
- You are responsible for our sales-related data and document management and record and maintain our customers’ CRM data
- You monitor all important dates and deadlines related to the initiation and control of new customer business and are actively involved in lead management
- You support the creation of acquisition presentations
- You support with market analyzes and budget planning
- You organize meetings and events
- You work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management and Customer Care
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training and already have experience in sales/marketing
- You are an absolute organizational talent and can work independently and it is easy for you to overview complex relationships
- You have analytical skills and knowledge of data processing and are very familiar with MS Office programs
- Empathy and communication are your strengths
- You are fluent in German and have good knowledge of English
- You are stress-resistant, a team player and willing to learn
- Flexibility and availability are a matter of course for you
