As a User Experience Designer (m/f/d) you support us in making our product intuitive to use and ensure an optimal user experience. You work in agile, self-organized teams with an open feedback culture. We rely on responsible and motivated people who want to grow personally and are willing to learn new things.
Your tasks
- Creation of intuitive, high-quality UX concepts for desktop, web & mobile using wireframes and interactive prototypes and subsequent implementation
- Understanding of user behavior and transfer to the existing product
- Maintenance, optimization, constant review of the product design and adaptation to user criteria
- Systematic validation of the solutions using data, user testing, interviews and surveys
- Implementation of innovative solutions together with the development team
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies or training with a focus on media and design management, user experience design, interface design, information engineering
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on UX design, conception or usability engineering
- Your passion is the development of user-centric and user-friendly concepts
- Project experience in the conception of digital touchpoints (desktop, web, mobile)
- Confident use of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, figma, Balsamiq, Sketch
- You have technical understanding and you are familiar with the concepts and possibilities of modern programming languages and frameworks
- Your skills include high communication and teamwork skills as well as good knowledge of human nature
- You have initial experience and methodological skills in user testing
- Experience in user research is a plus
