Tobias Hertfelder, CEO Tobias is the initiator and creative head of H&F. His passion and expertise lie in the field of dataflow. He is responsible for the product portfolio and the strategic orientation of H&F. With his visionary and inspiring nature, he fundamentally shapes the corporate culture and the team within the company. Because of his experience as a motocross rider, one thing is clear to him: even if you think you've reached your limits, there's always room for more.
THE SUPERBRAIN
Philipp Futterknecht, CTO Philipp is the operational head and technological mastermind of H&F. At the age of only 14, he founded his own IT company. Clean code is his passion. He has the ability to make complex things manageable and to create a permanently well-functioning solution together with the team. With his calm and down-to-earth manner, he complements the partnership and forms the foundation of H&F.

For Philipp Futterknecht and Tobias Hertfelder one thing is clear: knowledge must be shared. And for this reason the two have already written two non-fiction books. with their latest findings. They want to offer practical future guidelines that assist readers on the way from their first vision of a project to it's implementation. The books "Der ERP-Irrglaube im Mittelstand" and "2030 - Strategieentwicklung für Innovation Leaders" are both published by Springer Verlag.

The efficient exchange of data between companies is important when we think of global trade, worldwide supply chains and international invoicing. Until now, data has been transferred manually, mostly by using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to make it readable between participating ERP systems.
We are taking a step further by streamlining this process through automation and introducing our application with IDI (Intelligent Data Interchange). We make document transfers even easier and faster with the help of AI.

STORY
Through their ERP consultations, Philipp Futterknecht and Tobias Hertfelder met in 2018 in Germany.
They both saw the need to provide businesses with an accessible and scalable solution to connect their partners with their in house ERP system. While working with many of their German clients they saw that companies always face the same problem when it comes to connecting new business partners to their internal ERP system. With the available technical means, a connection can only be carried out individually and never on a uniform level. This is standing in the way of undisturbed, fast communication and prevents clients from reaching their potential.
It was this observation that ultimately lead to the founding of the German-based H&F Solutions GmbH. The company has the following guiding principle: “In order to remain competitive within the rapidly changing framework conditions, companies must act quickly and be scalable. This can only be made possible by an intelligent transformation mechanism for the transmission of data.”
Over time, they were joined by people who passionately shared this principle. Together they formed the heart of H&F.
After a period of intensive research and development, the patented H&F Transformer cloud-based technology, provides the needed solution and will take EDI to the next level.
