How does the integration with dara® work, and what interfaces are possible?
dara® can be connected to platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) and/or middleware solutions (e.g., Seeburger). Depending on the endpoint, we use the appropriate interface (API, SFTP, or email inbox) to route data through dara®. For the ARIBA platform, for example, we provide an API that our customer needs to configure once in the SAP Business Network.
How much does dara® cost?
Our pricing is document-oriented, meaning it depends on the number of documents processed. This aligns our interests: automating as many of your documents as possible. Request our current pricing model here. Find our current prices here.
Does dara® use “mapping”?
No, dara® does not use mapping. We avoid rigid mappings by understanding data in various formats and converting or translating it into any desired format.
How long does it take to start using dara®?
It takes 2-3 business days to set up and configure dara®. The exact duration depends on the availability of necessary customer-specific information, such as relevant schemas, individual requirements, and required interfaces (email, FTP, API, etc.).
In which languages does dara® work?
The dara® user interface is available in German and English. For document processing, we already support German, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, and Spanish. Other languages from the Indo-European and Uralic families, among others, can also be supported upon request.
How long does a dara® product demo take?
A dara® demo appointment takes a maximum of 30 minutes, including time to answer your questions.
How long does it take to connect a new customer if dara® is already configured?
A new connection works immediately. For unknown PDF layouts, there may be a short training phase. If we have enough test orders (at least five), this phase will take no longer than one week.
Does dara® use the information gained from data and user feedback for other customers?
No, our data protection measures ensure the highest level of security for your data. Feedback integration is always limited to a single company, and the intelligence gained is applied exclusively to that company.
